Our Approach
Working with children and teens often involves supporting the whole family system, which is why we integrate filial therapy and attachment-based approaches to benefit the child or teen. Our approach blends play, creativity, and conversation, always at the child’s pace, to foster emotional growth and healing.
About Angela
I am a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate. I hold a Master’s Degree from Colorado Northern University and am trained in EMDR. Since beginning my practice in clinical mental health, I have focused on working with children and teens.
I believe this population deserves intentional attention, as they are at a critical developmental stage where they can learn about themselves and develop adaptive strategies to navigate life’s challenges.
